More than once Paul was dangerously ill for long periods. When I visited him in that condition he kept his phone on and it kept ringing. People were calling him from all around the country, not to see how he was, but to help them with their troubles! Some of these calls took half an hour or longer, taxing a fellow who was exhausted beyond description. Even though we could hardly finish a conversation between calls the atmosphere was always peaceful and we celebrated with every breath that there was just the One of us there. Ya haqq!
